    Description

    This is an original Dupont lighter from 1993. They made 300 of these to commemorate the founding of St. Petersburg, Russia. The lighter is layered in palladium, and has Chinese lacquer on the top & sides. This is lighter number 027/300. This is an absolutely beautiful lighter, and with only 300 produced, a scarce item. This one has never been lighted, and it comes in the original inner & outer boxes, with all the original paperwork. I have priced this cheaper by far than any others that I have seen on the market.
